In this quarterly review, gasworld Intelligence rounds off the year with a deep dive into hydrogen development in the Middle East region. Building on gasworld Intelligence’s presentation at the MENA Industrial Gases Conference in Abu Dhabi, part of this review will explore key hydrogen projects and Final Investment Decision (FID) progress in Oman, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
The second half will present a critical view of the UK’s £2bn ($2.48bn) support package for hydrogen projects under its first Hydrogen Allocation Round (HAR1), followed by analysis and projections for the US hydrogen industry under the Trump administration in 2025.
